ipage.com denial of 18 day domain renewal period Jacksonville Florida
My domain green-energy-renewal.com expired 11/17 . I logged in to renew and there were no options to renew as stated in thier instructions . I tried to log in again and was denied reseting of password. I called and when I entered a debit card which was declined although it works everywhere else. I was then given a password to login which did match their password criteria and did not work. I tried to login using google and it was denied. They sold my domain without allowing my eighteeen days renewal. If someone could help me penalize them I would appreciate it. Send info to louisgamache9@gmail.com
