IPayment Inc. Ipayment Inc. Put my account and funds on hold for two weeks and wouldn't return my phone calls the entire time. When I finally did talk to someone, two weeks later, they were extremely rude, kept interupting me, a Calabasas, California

Our company signed up with Ipayment because we didnt do any research.  Our account was constantly on hold because they would take weeks to approve transactions.  While they held our funds, they made us go through an insane amount of paperwork that you swear you have already filled out 100 times before. We decided to leave after an extremely rude phone conversation from one of their representatives. Good luck trying to get these guys to call you back ever.  After you realize you have been duped, THEY WILL RAPE YOU WITH A $350.00 CANCELLATION FEE.
