Signed up with iPayment due to a cold call from a payment processors whom said he could secure me a small business loan. Was told there was no cancellation fee. Once I started, all customers we immediately charged double, the price of the item, then that price again as a hold for 24-48 hours. After losing thousands in business, I cancelled the account within 30 days. I was shocked to find later a charge of $350 to my account. They claimed my fax was not received in time, and that I had agreed to this fee. 

On top of all the bad customer service, you will be made to pay for it with hidden fees and loss of customers. If you are a small business. Use Square and pay the higher fees, because in the end iPayment will screw you big time, and make you pay them for it!
