Ipod Doctor tom tom tomato IPOD DOCTOR IS A RIP OFF Internet
I received a competitive quote from ipod doctor, read customer reviews and decided to go for it, Paying the full amount, with extra 6.99 for next day delivery. This was 4 days ago, have heard nothing! Luckily I paid for special recorded delivery, meaning I have the address of IPOD DOCTOR. E-mailed them everyday, stupidly I didn't check for a phone number, so there is no way I can contact them. After reading similar stories to my own on this site and receivng advice from my policewoman girlfriend, I have reported this as a crime as I am nearly 60 and an Ipod out of pocket. I have also contacted my bank who are looking to into reclaiming the payment as an invalid transaction.
Just an explanation e-mail would have sufficed, unfortunately now the wheels are in motion for legal action. I will not be ripped off by someone who hides behind an elaborate website. Please contact me as if I can get enough people who have also been ripped off, we could really get something done about it.
