I run a scholarship program and award prizes to scholarship winners, some of the best and brightest kids in the nation. Worked with Yvonne Garner of ISP LLC in 2007 and had a great experience.
Came right back in 2008 when I had double the funds and needed double the prizes. I ordered 6 PSPs, 6 iPod Touches and 1 Wii. She took my $2,000 and then never sent me what I ordered. She would give me tracking numbers that never worked and would always say "it's on its way".
She sent one package of junk that I did not order, a used DS Lite with no power cord and that was scratched and a used and beaten up laptop with no hard drive. After 2 months of playing this game, I asked for a refund. She kept saying "she's trying" but I never received any money back. Now, I guess I have to file suit.
