Paid this company 26.98 for a new battery for my iPod, Sent it in to them Special delivery. Dean the owner rang me to ask if he could reset the ipod, as it wasn't holding the charge, i agreed. And since then which is a month ago, nothing, sent numerous emails via the website and email address. Then did a search for this cowboys phone number and found a huge amount of bad press and talk of scams. So i'm now going to report him to Watchdog and send all the links i have found about other people he's been RIPPING off. I think we should all contact watchdog and get this CLOWN on BBC's Rogue Traders!!
