I purchased an Ipod Nano off the internet from ipodsrule.net. The full amount (including shipping) was $145.00 US dollars. After a week had past and I did not recieve anything, I decided to call. The number I found off the web site was 1(866)476-4763.

I called and spoke to someone named Jennifer who told me I should recieve the Ipod the following Friday. I thanked her for her time and hung up. I decided to go back to the web site to look at other Ipods but was unable to because the web site was taken down. I then called the same (866) number, but the line was disconnected.

I have continued to find the website but insted all that remains is a "sorry" letter from the owner of the company stating this was all paypal's fault for not sending them payment and that we (the consumer) should go after paypal for our refund.

Of course I contacted Paypal, and of course they are not claiming responsibility, nor should they, according to my paypal account "Fancylandscapingcorp@hotmail.com" recieved my FULL payment. This, by the way, is the email address that the www.ipodsrule.net owner used to recieve my payment.

I've since filed a complaint through Paypal and I now have to wait and see "IF" I can get my money back.
