IPOWER.COM ripoff, Phoenix ,Arkansas
On July 16th 2006 I opened an account with Ipower.com. I signed up for a two years plan. After enrollment, I learnt that a feature that they had ad. , was not available and I was unable to upload my database. I tried numerous times for support and there was none.
Immediately the same day, I called in (since there is not where in impower.com that customer can canceled their account) to have my account canceled. Four days later I received an email telling me that my account has been canceled.
It has been 2 months now and I have not yet received my refund.
I am planning to file complaining with all necessary agency.
Their 30 days warranty is a pure scam.
