IPowerWeb.com Ripoff billed my credit card without my permission Santa Monica California
iPowerWeb decided to use my credit card to renew my expiring web site. Which I knew was expiring and they kept sending me expiration notices by e-mail. I expected it to expire. The they sent me a mail saying I have renewed my site and that payment has been made.. When I did not do so. As mentioned they used my credit card number to pay themselves without my express permission.
I call that stealing, they could have been arrested for stealing. But since I live on the other side of the country they knew that would not happen. So I called and demanded they fix it. They said they would in 10 days... I was mad.. Then a long time later they finally put money back on my card but it was not the full amount... It was $20.00 short. They do very shady business dealings I can see that I am not the only person they did this to. They should do the right thing and stop stealing from peoples credit cards. And re-imburse me.
