Do not do business with this company unless you have time to waste trying to resolve big problems in simple matters.

1. They lied to me and forced me to renew my already-expired domain names in order to be able to transfer them to another provider

2. I found out that the domain names I paid for are not registered under my name but under the name of a company Ipower works with called TuCows (a Canadian company that is completely unresponsive).

3. After more than five days and untold hours of holding on the phone, live chat emailing, etc. etc. etc., Ipower has not given me or my new provider the codes so that my site can launch.

4. Ipower answers its sales phones in half a minute. I have never waited less than 20 minutes for customer service, or billing, or any other department. Often the wait is 40 minutes or more.

5. IPower has been completely unresponsive to these issues (especially numbers 1 and 2).
All I can say is: DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL.
