Like the other complaints, my complaint is that the company is completely non-responsive.

I gave them a deadline to respond to my request to cancel the order (and informed the company I'd file my complaints with my state AG, the FTC, PayPal, this site, and my credit card company).  There is no "button" next to returns for completed orders.

I became suspicious of this off-shore company when my order was diverted against my will to PayPal for a login to that account.

Then, I tried to cancel the order. Receiving e-mails to activate the downloaded Norton package, I ignored the activation and again wrote the company. As one other person noted, there is no online chat availability.

I contacted PayPal. It has disputed the charge and filed an investigation into iPrice for fraudulent activities.

BUYER, BEWARE!
