Complaint Review: Ipronutrition

I had ordered a few times from www.ipronutrition.com and I was completely satisfied, the order came quickly and it was exactly what I had ordered. However, the last order I placed, they sent me a similar item to what I had actually ordered, but a different, smaller size, but at the price of the larger product.

I sent them an e-mail figuring they may have made a mistake and accidentally sent the wrong product, but they never replied to me. I have since sent additional e-mails letting them know that I wasn't happy with not hearing back from them and I was going to take my business elsewhere. They could have easily satisfied me by refunding the price difference between the larger item I paid for and the smaller item I received, but they chose simply to ignore me. I recommend nobody order from this company, they may seem to have lower prices, but you get what you pay for.
