IPSOS I-Say Inactivated my account without my knowledge and refused to acknowledge that Internet

IPSOS or I-Say is the survey that invited me to be a panelist.  I had been participating in their surveys for at least 8 years.  I have accumulated a huge number of reward points.  In November, 2011, I asked to redeem my points. 

The web-cruise insisted that I send these points to them.  I did NOT discontinue as a panelist.   There is a person by the name of Amy who insisted that I am the one who refused to cooperate. 

She disabled my account without my knowledge.  I wrote to her requesting for payment for the points that I have earned.  She said that she had disabled my account and deleted my information.

This is unbelievable because information can be retrieved from the hard drive.   She is a scam and so is the company.   I want you to take action against this survey company.  They don't need to cheat people who have put their energies and time taking their surveys.
