IQ Derma Never received product from IQ Derma that they state was shipped. Internet

On 9/1/07 I ordered a trial free product from IQ Derma. Only charged shipping of $3.95. On 9/25/07 never received so i called the company and was told it was shipped to my post office on 9/11/07. They even sent me an emial stating it was accepted at my post office. When i spoke with my post office they state they never received it. So Winston at IQ Derma told me no problem he will reship another one out to me. Seemed very honest.

On 10/3/07 still nothing was received so called IQ Derma back and spok with Leonard. Had to go thru everything again with him and he said for unknown reasons nothing was ever re-shipped on 9/25 but he will make sure it is one this time. On 10/9/07 called back to explain still nothing. Not sure of who i spoke with this time but again said would re-ship.

On 10/16/07 nothing received so called backa nd had to go thru everything again and this time a Joann told me that i will receive it this time. She even gave me her extension number and told me to call her once i receive it.
Well guess what, as of 10/30 nothing.... Called back and tried to reach Joann but unsuccessful so a girl named Dannon placed me on hold for over 10 minutes so i just hung up! Then a person named Lorraina called me back and assured me that she will have this shipped out to me. She again gave me her ext number & told me to call her if i did not receive it.

Today 11/13 nothing at all, so i called them back and spoke with good ole Leonard. I tried to have him connect me to Lorraina but he just said she was not in today and that he already re-shipped it to me. Told him not to even worry about re-shipping because it would not work. Tried to have him connect me to someone in management but he placed me on hold for 8 minutes and i just hung up. So patient me called back and pressed the #2 to cancel. Spoke with a Ronisha and told her that i want any active accounts under my name cancelled out. Told her the sceniro and she said she would place me into Lorraina's voice mail and that she will cancel out all accounts.

I received a call back from Lorraina one hour later and she apoligized for the inconvenience and said they were on back logs because of the fires out west.. hmm, that was a first...She said my accounts were closed out and that she was still going to ship it to me... Yeah right and i like i believe it... Even if i receive it and like it I will not EVER buy from them with this type of service i will keep my dark under eye circles!!!

Fortunately for me, when i order this back in September, i changed banks and closed my bank account that they had so i will at least not be charged for anything like the other customers were. Guess i learned my lesson in ordering online.... If my local stores dont have it just will do without....
