Complaint Review: IQ Derma Skincare

I ordered online a free trial offer and paid the $3.95 as indicated by the company with my debit card.
Today I discovered to my horror, that they charged my debit card in the amount of $95.70. I never ordered anything else, nor received any other merchandise from them and I never agreed to any membership.

I tried to contact them today, but they are closed on weekends. I sent them email and will call them on Monday again.

I want my money back on my account asap.
Since I read about this company by other customers experiences, I do not think this will be happening. So, the conclusion is: I will be out of $95.70 for nothing and in my opinion, that's plain fraud.
