Jerry Kelly at IQ2 Cloud is a "Crook, Scam Artist, Criminal and Preys on people he (thinks) are weak". He Cheated me out $75 for a dialer and 10,000 leads I Paid For, but couldn't use because the wifi connection and laptop I was using was too slow. (this was in 2014....while I was Homeless and trying to get back on my feet).
In the last week or so I got back in contact with him, to see if he would Honor my Invoice for service, which he said he would......But has not.
I realize people and companies will make their own choices in dealing with him, but if he Cheated me out of $75 AND cheated this person out of $5000,
What do you think he'll do to you?
