Complaint Review: Sara-Ann Marcus

Surprised, shocked are the words used to describe my what I felt when I checked my debit card on line. I ordered IQ Derma last month, the add said shippping only $3.95. "Product is free to try for 30 days, pay only a small shipping and handling fee". There is nothing in any of the guarantee, privacy policy or terms and conditions to indicate otherwise. Being busy all the time on the go - two jobs. I never realized I never recieved my free product. Today I went on line like I do all the time and noticed a debit of $96. I called the number spoke with Alisha who said I could return the product for a full refund and gave me the return number RMA440570. I explained to her that I never rec'd the item, I live in a condo, if the box was bigger than the mailbox and they left outside my door - well this has happened to me before, I never rec'd. it. She proceeded to tell my that it was written when I signed up, I printed out the information and there is nothing to say that they were going to charge me $96. after 30 days if I did not return it. How could return something I never rec'd. She said she would consider putting through a $50. credit until I found the merchandise and then she would credit my account. I would two jobs to keep my condo from going into forclosure and I can't believe that this company would scam people out of their hard earned money in today's economy.
