Complaint Review: IQDERMA

I want be able to use the 30 days free trial since my wife wont be able to try it out since she is located in Mexico and wont be here for some unknown time. The deal looked like they would sent me some trial creme but instead after the shipment was not received untill about 10 days they sent me the package and inform me that they will charge my credit card of $96.35 on the 4/8/2008 and then 2 month later they will sent me a package and charge me again $96.35. So I dont wont them to do that I want to cancel the whole deal sent them back the package (First one) and and tried to get a RMA however they wont let me on the internet register my username and password
in such a way they wipe out the password so I can not get a RMA. I think this is bad bad business practices please help
