IRA ACREE GIVE ADVICE TO MYRTLE ACREE WILEY WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF COMPLAINANT .

COMPLAINANT AND MYRTLE ACREE WILEY HAD IN PLACE AT THE TIME AN BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT AND AGREEMENT THAT HELD AMOUNT AND VALUE OF $XXX,XXXX  .

THE ADVICE MYRTLE ACREE WILEY ACTED UNDER , IN WHICH SHE DID SOME THING OTHER WHAT WAS USUAL , THE USUAL TERM FOR THIS IS INTERFERENCE IN BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT OR IN AN ..

MARITAL RELATIONSHIP INTERFERENCE .

What you described would not be legally considered marital interference.  Now, if there was sex and other intimate things going on, then maybe you would have a case.  However, the person you identify appears to be a relative of the person you were married to. 

You're never going to prove marital interference in that situation, even if the state allowed you to sue for divorce in such a situation.  BTW, most states have no fault divorce and the reason for the marital breakup is irreconcilable differences.

Now, you describe a business relationship between you and your wife, however you describe this relationship within the same context as your marital relationship.  That sounds like your wife decided to give her relative some money (or part of her business interest) against your wishes, and for that - the relationship broke down. 

That's also not marital interference either.  Your wife simply decided she would give her relative some money.  That has nothing to do with the relative.  This is between you and your wife.  If you could not work this situation out with your wife, then the breakdown of the marital relationship is on you.

No additional information is needed.  Also, stop typing in caps.  It's pretty annoying.
