After making a purchase here for their conversion software and finding out it would not do what I needed - I found in the downloaded file that there is no refunds - AFTER purchase. Nowhere on their site prior or during purchse does it mention a no-refund policy. They refused to refund my purchase for the simple reason that I was notified AFTER it had already been paid for. As a consumer... isn't it customary to be notified with a disclaimer or something PRIOR to purchase?
