Was contacted by IRN in December 2011, they talked a good game about reducing credit card processing fees. Swithced and worked with them for a couple of weeks, they never got our terminals converted and never processed a card. Billed us for 2 months at $34.95 per month. Finally decided to stay with current provider and eat the $74.90, send fax and certified mail to IRN to terminate service.

All was good until June 8, when they withdrew $47.20 from account. Attempted to contact, left several messages but no response. Withdrew another $47.20 on August 27, still not able to get anyone on phone, just endless auto attendants. In process of signing affadavits to revocer funds and put permanent stop payment on their account.

Should have known when I was switching and it appeared I was talking to someone at their home.
