Be warned that this company is FULL of everything but actual jobs for the people they train!! They post multiple ads on craigslist to attract people looking for work in the security and maintenance/housekeeping industries. Although they can justify their services as legit because you do get what you pay for a certificate but don't expect to land a job through them. They target unsuspecting people who are down and out and looking for a fast way to earn an income but what they don't tell you is that they are not an actual job placement company - they are a training company. You pay to get either OSHA certified or 8hr/16hr security certifications.

Misconceptions:

If you get OSHA certified or your security certifications you will get the job through Iron Eagle - Not true, you could find the same companies they would send you to in any internet search. Iron eagle DOES NOT have the actual jobs, they REFER you to companies that is hiring. These companies are in no way affiliated with Iron Eagle Services that is why you will never get an actual name of a contact person at the company. Ms. Martin may even charge you a fee to update/fix your resume...

$99 OSHA certification - The $99 is only a deposit. The actual cost to get the certification is approximately $250 or more. If you pass the class you will get a certificate form IRON EAGLE SERVICES. What does that mean? Absolutely nothing you will still have to file for your OSHA License. HINT: you can get certified through Workforce One for FREEDo not pay for something you can get free of charge!!

If you are already certified by another company they will try to up sell you by mandating an ENHANCEMENT COURSE which is also $99 (go figure). What does the Enhancement course entail? Basically it is another way to get you to pay for one of the many courses they offer training for (CPR, Fire safety etc.) since they can't get you for the OSHA license or security 8hr/16hr certifications.

Besides what I have listed above they are very unprofessional! Mr. Parker, Ms. Smith and Ms. Martin are the biggest scammers of all time. They know what and how say things to get people to hand over their money. Nothing about their business practices legit. I would be interested to see what their Tax Returns look like since they pay their employees off the books and only accept CASH for payments. Maybe the IRS should look into this as well...

  • No landline - all the phones that they use are prepaid phones
  • Gift cards - They place multiple ads on craigslist using prepaid gift cards and from different email accounts so that their jobs are not flagged.

Recruiters and Call Rep positions: Beware!!! You will be working off the books for a certain amount ($200-$300) a week based on what Mr. Parker Miller tells you. There is a 3 day non paid training after which you will be paid weekly plus commission only if you hit your rip off quota. That is if you are lucky... one girl was there for a week and since none of the people she set up interviews with came Parker literally slammed the door in her face, locked her out of the office and didn't give her a dime for the time she spend making calls, setting up appointments etc. This man is one of the most moody and rudest people I've ever met. The way he speaks to his employees is rude and uncalled for. Ms. Smith is in 2 words a "Jealous B*tch" and that's being nice. She thinks that having sex with the boss (Boss id giving him a little too much credit) gives her authority. The language I've heard used in that office is both offensive and unprofessional. Ms. Martin, she is the biggest joke of a job placement coordinator, do not be surprised if she tells you after you've paid your money and been trained that you are "unemployable". Trust me if you are employed by a company they send you to it is not because of the referral from Iron Eagle Services/ IE Services because they have NO connections in these places. Give your self a pat on the back because that means you beat out all the folks they sent for that same job, along with all the people that seen the ad posted - the company liked you and thought that the skills you had was a right fit.

I hope that people are aware of this company and their many different aliases. Don't be fooled into giving money you don't have to a company that can not deliver what they are promising people and that is a job. Good luck to all you job seekers, I hope you are not taken for a ride by this company or the others out there like it disguising themselves as job placement professional.
