Complaint Review: Iron Lotus Tattoo

This tattoo shop has done my husband and me very wrong. It started off with getting to know the business owner through our normal tatto artist. After a few toward, we decided to pay him to tattoo my husband's shouldestitch a piece at a convention. The session was unbearable. As an artist, he had a very heavy tattoo hand and seas unprofessional during the whole event. He kept insulting my husband and didn't even complete the work in the time allowed. After the convention, we let the work heal and did not receive any type of contact from him to come back and finish the work, which he said he would do. The tattoo was also very poor quality. The color faded, the lines were uneven, the skin was rough, and it even caused irritation past the healing period. We consulted with our original tattoo artist and he even agreed with all of our concerns. After he consulted with the tattoo artist from this business, the artist has then proceeded to tell him, "I was already paid, so it is no concern of mine". So our original guy agreed to fix my husband's tattoo for free for us! After the other artist heard of this, he now proceeded to message my husband and insult, threaten, and disrespect him. We have deleted him from everything of ours and are telling everyone to watch out for his poor business. Please be very careful and look deep into who you deal business with.
