In the many years I used this service for document shredding, they were consistently horrible to deal with.  Billing errors, billing for services not performed, using foreign call centers that do not understand issues, hanging up after being on the phone with them for an hour, reps make no notes, so you have to start over with someone new.

They cannot fix issues no matter how many ways you explain what the problem is, they pass the problem off to other people who ignore your issue, they rarely call you back, taking weeks to fix things only to change them back.

The biggest issue is I received credit for invoices they billed when they didn't service my locations.  After months of calling and emailing, I receive credits for those invoices - I have the email and copies of the credits.  My account is at $0 balance.  They then send the invoices to a collection agency who is calling my office.

It is so ridiculous to be this incompetent and still have customers.  Anyone who uses them had best be auditing their invoices because they always overcharged me for services never provided.   This over billing continues for months and months because they don't deal with your issues in a timely manner and continually "lose" the notes on your account and make you start your complaint over again.

They often promised pick up of shred bins on certain dates but would never show up.  I have been waiting since August for them to close my account that is paid in full, and it's still open.  Then I found out they sent those invoices to collections!  It is truly mind boggling at how inept they are.

It's also sad that they are the recommended service to be used by our parent company.  I have issued complaints twice to our parent company about how bad they are to us.  I should have dumped them years ago, but we are expected to use them.  There's only so much a person should put up with - and I'm well past that limit.
