Complaint Review: IronClad Media - BearTrapping.com

I tried the free 3-day subscription to the paid gay matchmaking web site BearTrapping.com It was extremely difficult to use, so I decided to help them out by clicking on the feeback link and writing a note to them explaining why I wouldn't pay for a subscription at this time.

The return letter was abusive and deprecatory. It also did not promise to remove my personal information from their web site. I notice when I was using the web site that there were a number of users who were upset that they couldn't remove their information, and it appears that I'm in that category now too: you have to subscribe to remove it.

Right...there are a lot of sexy guys, who know how to use their computers and don't need it to be designed like it was designed for some whiny child who needs a website to look like Romper Room or Sesame Street. Beat it.

I am on a 3-day trial, but don't plan on renewing -
the system is just too difficult to use, and isolates
people interested in each other from contacting each
other. Here are the problems I've seen so far:

1) Web pages with no way to leave them and go back to
the main page, so you end up having to type the main
page URL in again

2) You can't search by username

3) You see people in circle jerk that you can't see
the profiles of because they're in another service

4) Too many participants in circle jerk means you
can't even see all their windows because they don't
fit on the screen

5) Every now and then a blank window comes up on the
screen when you click a link such as getting a profile
of a circle jerk participant: that is your only
beartrapping window and you can't go back

6) Can't search by my own city

7) Very worrisome to see that there are a number of
profiles who are desperate to have their info removed
from your system

etc...

Please try using your own system so it will be easier
to use. For some reason there are a lot of sexy guys
on here, but I can't seem to contact them because of
the flakiness of the system.

In the meantime, please remove my profile.
