IRR-Vacations I have now paid IRR-Vacations Inc $2460.76 for a Cancun trip for four people in what was suppose to be a 4 or 5 star all inclusive hotel. These companies are stating all that is available is a 2 star hotel. They will not refund any money back to me. Fern Park Florida
IRR-Vacations Inc. refers you to look at the website:cheapticketscacun.com. Now they refer you to Yourcancunvacation.com. This company is totally a rip-off. Do not book with them. Check out the rip-off reports underneath rip-off yourcancunvacation.com. I was clearly led to believe that I had a choice of 4 and 5 star hotels. I paid my money and then paid for an extention of 6 mths. They will not refund any money back to me.
The supervisor is of no help. I have had only luck at other travel auctions and all my other booking of trips with other travel companies, not this one. They are stating all they can book for me is a 2 star hotel. They have one hotel between 3 locations they are booking. Save your money and wait for the specials. I could have book on my own a four or five star hotel for half the price.
They are still offering this same trip with the same hotels shown on their websites. Now I have nothing and have to pay again for a trip I have already paid for. I might get $600 back on my Visa, but that's all. I have contacted Arkansas and Florida Consumer Protection Division of Attorney Generals Office. I have also contacted the Division of Consumer Services at Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
If anyone is interested I would love to start a class action law suit against them. I have contacted an attorney here in Arkansas. I hope this helps someone else.
