I am just shocked!!! On 8/9/2006 I called Wuanita's number from an ad I found online and asked her about purchasing a maltipoo puppy. She agreed to sell me one for a discounted price since it would be local delivery. She gave me a PO Box address for her and promised a cute puppy stroller if I paid in full up front. I sent the check for $800 and on 8/13 she wrote me a confirmation email stating that she received it the day before. I was to get the puppy for my birthday in October.
She started ignoring all emails I sent and not answering or returning phone calls. Occasionally, she would write me and provided a different excuse each time. Some of these excuses: grandchild in burn unit, been very sick (this one I heard several times), meds the doctors have her on make her tired, had to take a job and working too many hours, computer in shop (used that one about 3 times. However, she kept assuring me that the puppy was fine.
The night before my birthday she emailed me and said the puppy had been having seizures and that she had sent it to stay with another lady, a friend, in Alabama. Since then she told me that she cannot talk on the phone, only by emails, and she ignores most all emails. She has written me over and over saying she will give refund. She said I would have it by Christmas.
She told me that a litter of her puppies got sick from a bad set of shots, and that she couldn't return my money right away. When I sent her a message saying I was going to have to take this to Justice Court, she said she had sent the money and it must be lost in the mail. She must think I am stupid. She keeps saying "I Promise you will get your money". Haven't yet and it is almost February.
I am going to get this money and I want everyone to know that this lady rips people off. It is a shame that she has Christian advertisements all over her website and treats people like this.

No there is no changes expect the look. If I were going to change would I put a link to it right off my site ? It is an extention from one site to the other.They lead back and forth to each other.. It says it right on the sites. I wanted my Yorkies seperate. No big deal. It is very plain and simply it is my Yorkies It is all my same pictures.

Well once again you know nothing about what your talking about!
Puppies most certainly can get Parvo if they are in direct contact with it even after their shots.
Lindsey when they investagated me they talked to all my vets and went through all my vet records.That as everything else I had said is the truth.There was proof that they had their shots and proof that they died.All that was devastating enough sure dont need you once AGAIN lying online about it.
Oh Please Lindsey...Brownosing?to get your puppy?(finally you show your true self.)

Like I would post and advertise a Raffle and not deliver a puppy?
Once again Lindsey..You dont know me.Just as me giving away a puppy every year ,that Raffle was to be a giving and fun thing to make someone happy with their puppy and to contribute something back into the community.
Again ,I am sorry that you were not happy with your puppy.I will be scheduling another Raffle this year and will continue to make a contribution to our shelter and I will see to it that this person is extreamly happy with their puppy.

Just wanted to post an update. Today I got my money back from this lady. It took 6 months. Things really started happening since I posted my story on this website. I would still seriously suggest that no one send this woman money at all! Get your dog from someone who has not ever been investigated for fraud and someone who does not have this many people mad at her because of her not keeping her word. Just save yourself the hassle and don't deal with her at all!
I feel very fortunate to have my money without having to get the DA involved and without going to court. Don't take my word for this though... do your own research. There is plenty out there and so many cases like mine where Wuanita/Janice has provided excuse after excuse to people. If you are wanting a Yorkie, I got one from a wonderful woman in Hattiesburg MS who is a honest and caring breeder. Just ask, and I will be glad to provide you with her contact information.

****it will say my sisters info on the papers as she is the one in hattiesburg that had the pups at her house through my rebuilding from the storm. just wanted to let you know. but they are on their way.Very sorry this took so long**** By the way she knows you as Jan not Waunita & she does not consider you her friend. You are "just a lady who buys puppies from her time to time".
The only reason I asked to be in your "click" was to brown nose you into getting me the puppy I paid for, I don't care how much I paid for her she was mine. You raffled her off. She lives with my 80 year old grandfather & his wife.
I am not making things up here. People are mad because of your actions. It has nothing to do with me.
You say you lost 18-19 puppies to parvo right before they had to be shipped...
according to you web page puppies have to be 10-12 weeks before shipping... that means they should have had 2-3 shots by then. Call a vet they give shots to tiny puppies when they are 8 & again at 10 weeks. There is no way 18-19 puppies could die if they already had thier shots!
You keep saying I started this! If you gave people what they paid for then you should have nothing to worry about! YOU CAUSED THIS!!!!!!!!!! I could never mess up someone reputaion with lies. That would only cause me the bad rep.

Thanks Lindsey. I have already contacted her. I have assured Wuanita/Janice whatever her name is that I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS. She is still insisting to me that a check was lost in the mail and that she had gotten a money order at a Circle K and that it will be 30 days before she can trace it.
Since I filed this rip off report she has starting responding to my emails (which she usually just IGNORES) and "wants nothing more than to clear this up". She says that this Saturday, Feb 3rd, that she will wire the money to me. We will see. I don't trust her obviously. But I will post on here what she does. You wouldn't believe the number of people this is happening to. I have been researching it hard and even found another website with horror stories about irresistibletinytreasures.com on it. I hope that no one has just let this go and allowed her to steal money from them. I sure won't! I think that the local media in that area needs to be alerted to this scam. I left a message for someone. I will post updates on here.

Lindsey if you hadnt pulled all the things from the past(which had already been taken care of)which were caused by me loosing litters of sold puppies to parvo, something that was devastating for me and all my customers,things would not be as they are. People read this and dont know see the dates and it has gotten so out of control. The things in the past were taken care of and you got your puppy from a raffle that I did to help our community (a 1500. maltese for 100.)and because it took time to get your papers ,on basically a free puppy, you felt justified to defame me online.
You meet me. You stood and talked to me. You wanted to be a breeder and wanted in the breeder click (as you said)You screamed of happiness when you saw your puppy. Your puppy was seen by a vet and checked neg. for worms which was a complaint from you , the siblings also checked neg.for worms. Lindsey, without sounding rude... puppies get worms from the ground.. other dogs and you give them a pill and your done with it. But as I said she was clear when she left me.Yes it did take me while to get your papers to you. For that I am sorry. When you saw that I wasnt the breeder on her you became angry and that is when you questioned me to who I am. Lindsey..you won a precious puppy on a raffle .. why did it matter who the breeder was? It is stated on my site that I get puppies from freinds and family memebers. Why did that matter?

People read what you put online and stopped their sale. Well you did one thing you set out to do. You slowed down my business.
