America its time for a reality check, think about this, at tax time they demand that you use your gross income when filing taxes, meanwhile we have already had taxes taken out of the weekly check, so we are being double taxed on our hard earned money.. we should not have to use our gross when filing, we should use our net, afterall they have already taken part of our checks..
Also did you know that if you owe the IRS money and dont pay on time, they will go into your checking and savings account and take the money,, Yes they can steal your money..
take the words "the Irs" put them together and what do you get? "Theirs" Yep.. our money is their money.
how do we wake American citizens up? How do we get control of our hard earned money back in our pockets?
Remember... A penny saved is a Government oversight...

Are you retarded or what? They ask for your gross income and then compare that to how much taxes you paid through out the year to see if 1) you paid too much and deserve a refund or 2) you paid too little and owe more taxes. Although the tax rate may be argued as being too high, you did not pay double taxes because they ask for gross income and not net. Net income is what you made after paying taxes. This has got to be one of the most stupid posts I have ever seen on this site. Go get an education, I can tell you need one.
