Complaint Review: Irvine Company Apartments

 Irvine spectrum Apartments or "The Villiage," has now become a brothel. Almost every day, around the early hours of 3-6am I am awaken by the apartment guests walking their prostitues to and from their apartments. The middle eastern demographics have grown tremendously right about the same time we have been seeing a lot of unusual activity, such as these late night guest walking around in their loud heels and questionable outfits, while having many of these guests honking horns as women walk by, wondering if they are prostitues and confusing them with ones that are not. Circling the apartments , reving up their engines in search for these women. Along with that, we have seen a tremendous increase in littering, as these guests can't seem to figure out how a trash can works. Leasing office denies any prostituion activity is occurring and refuses to terminate leases or refund deposits/rent Ect. This does not feel like a safe or comfortable or clean environment. Shame on the people who create this atmosphere and shame on the real estate agent who clearly must have marketed the place in Dubai.
