Complaint Review: Irving Park Hand Car Wash

I came back in 10 min and of course they couldn't fix it because the window needs to be replaced. They told me to leave a phone number and the owner will call be back ASAP. 24 later no one calls me back. So called and they even turn off the answering machine. This is so unprofessional and disappointing. I know I came with undamaged car and I left with broken window.

On 05/20/14 I went for a car wash located on 7413 w.irving park rd. In Chciago ilinois. The place was very busy and some customers complained about a long waiting time. After they were done with my car I left the place and I went straight home. When I was taking my son out of car I've noticed a huge scratch on my back door windows on the passenger side of my BMW X5. First I  thought it was some kind of glue and they didn't clean but after closer inspections I realized it was a huge rectangle shaped scratch. It looks like something was either in the rug or they used an old brush and plastic parts scratched the winow. I called the car wash right away  and I told them what I've noticed. The front office girl kept apologizing and asked me if I coiuld come back.

So I did come back and she apologized again  and told me to give her my phone numer so after reviewing  the monitorng tapes  the owner can let me know  what exalctly happened. It supposed happened on the same day on 05/20/14. I have a problem to take a pic with camera because the window is tinted  so I'm not sure if thereviewing   tapes helps with anything but I've waited 24 hrs and no one called me back. So I called them again in their operating hours. They not only didn't answer my phone calls but also turned off the answering machine so I can't leave a voicemail. This so unprofessional and disappointing to come with undamagde car and leave with a broken window. I will never go to this place ever again and I spread the word to my friends and family all over the neighborhood.
