The facts are:  Bellini Global and  Bill Barontini took my money for a piece of equipment that it did not deliver. Bellini Global and Bill Barontini then lied to its customer for a couple of months saying the equipment was on a truck, Bellini Global and Bill Barontini then blamed the shipping company for not delivering, Bellini Global and Bill Barontini then threatened me for not following the terms of the agreement if I complained.

False Statements By Jason White

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, March 01, 2014

The statements made by Jason White regarding Bellini Global and Bill Barontini are entirely FALSE.  The truth is that Jason White purchased a piece of Pro Fitness Strength Equipment valued at approximately $700.  Before he purchased, Jason White was aware that Bellini Global was acting only as the payment processing company for this transaction and that Pro Fitness Strength Equipment in Mira Loma, California was responsible for manufacturing and shipping his order.

Jason White did NOT purchase his item from the Bellini Global, Inc. website.

Jason White NEVER sent any money to Bill Barontini personally and only sent his money to the company to be processed.

Since Jason White decided to file this report, he has breached his contractual agreement that he was aware of before he placed his order. The proof that he was made aware of this is that the terms and conditions clearly defining the responsibilities of Bellini Global and the actions that he can take should there be any issues are listed on the Pro Fitness website ordering page BEFORE he purchased and on ALL of his quotes and invoices.

There is nothing hidden, and the terms and conditions are posted everywhere that it is necessary so that a customer is completely informed prior to their deciding to order.

Mr. Barontini has tried to work with the manufacturer on behalf of Jason White to refund Jason White his money, but the manufacturer has not been responsive.

Any misinformation that was given to Jason White regarding manufacturing or shipping came solely from the manufacturer, be it to Bellini Global or directly to Jason White.

Jason White is understandably angry, but his anger is directed at the wrong parties.

At NO time was Jason White threatened.  If Jason White feels threatened, it is only because he was reminded of the terms and conditions that he had agreed to and informed that there may be legal consequences to any action that he may take in breaking his agreement.

Bellini Global maintains an outstanding relationship with its customers and it is a shame that someone can post a negative report filled with false statements to try to hurt the reputation of a company simply because they want to lash out at someone because they are frustrated.

The business conduct of Bellini Global and everyone associated with Bellini Global has always been and remains a trustworthy, upfront and transparent one, as is evidenced by our loyal customer base.

Bellini Global has documentation to support its position and response in this rebuttal, and the legal department of Bellini Global has been advised of Jason White's misconduct in this matter.
