Complaint Review: Isaac Hinds

 I too had my photos taken by Isaac. That was almost a year ago, and I still have not received my 2 8x10 photoshopped pictures that came with my package or been able to complete my order. Having these photos meant so much to me. Training for a bikini competition in my late 30s was a goal of mine. These photos were my reward for all my hard work. When I finally got my proofs, I chose the 2 photos I wanted photoshopped, which came with the package I paid for. It took a few months for me to receive the pricing for photos, and the proofs of the photoshopped work Isaac had done, but when I did, I put together my order and emailed it to the email address he had used to email my proofs from. About a month or 2 later I emailed my order. After a couple of weeks, when I had not heard from Isaac, I text him to confirm he received my order. I wanted to know how to go about paying for my photos and when I might receive them. He text right back asking me to email my order again. I did, at least 3 more times and never heard back. I text again, but got no response. It has been a few months, several unanswered texts, calls, and emails, and no word from Isaac. I even looked up his facebook business page and sent a private message, just in case the contact info i had had changed. I looked on his web site and saw that the number I had been texting and calling, was still listed here and it was. I am an honest, hard working woman who trusted tHat when I had these photos taken, I would be able to purchase them. I don't know what to do. I really want to buy my photos. I also paid a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. Issac has been unprofessional in not returning my calls, emails, and texts, and not finishing the job. I did not get what I paid for. I have tried working with him, in a nice way, to get my pictures, but it is as if he has vanished from the face of the earth. I checked the web site and the number I have been calling is the one listed on his sight. I just emailed him tonight, AGAIN, one last time tonight in a last stitch effort to place my order and have my 8x10s I paid for sent to me, along with completing my photo order. I am not trying to ruin anybody's reputation by posting this comment, but really just want advice on how I can get my pictures. If I do, finally, here from Isaac, and he makes this right, I would be happy to post that as well. money, take my pictures, and then not allow me to pay for them. I was happy with how the pictures turned out, but am really hurt that this man does not care enough to call me or email me back. I am not a professional athlete, and i am not famous, i am just an average person who worked hard for a goal in my life and succeeded. I wanted these photos to show my grandkids someday what there grandmother accomplished. I trusted Issac. I really pray he does the right thing. Michelle Michelle

This report is clearly filed by a male who has some personal agenda against me. I've never once promised anyone they'd get published and always explain there's no guarantee on getting published. Any magazine I work with is backed up and my name is in the publication monthly so again completely false. Never have I been asked for a refund. Never have I solicited or suggested any offers for one to get on their knees.

It's ridiculous that web sites like this post things without any verification or proof. It's also baffling that someone would go to this much effort in an attempt to smear my name. My reputation speaks for itself and there's a reason why you can find my work in multiple magazines each month and on a number of websites.

Whoever filed this report should have the balls to email me directly. Simply pathetic.
