isalon2you.com erroneously charged my CC and will not refund or reply. Internet

I signed up for a free 60-day trial of isalon2you.  I immediately realized that they did not have the point of sale software I wanted.  I cancelled within 5 minutes of opening the software and got an e-mail confirming cancellation.  60 days later my CC was charged the monthly subscription fee.  I tried calling but the phone rang for minutes on end and no one picked up.  I opted to leave two VMs and the company never returned my call.  To-date I have written 6 e-mails and Sebastien Ayache has not replied.  How hard is it to reverse a CC charge?  Send me a check if you can't figure out how to reverse a CC charge.  "Borrowing" my money for over a month is unacceptable.
