On March 30,2005 I brought my pc to this place to get fixed.

The technician called to inform me that I needed the OS reinstalled (he needed the disc). I told him to hold on till I checked in and see if I have it.

I called after a week to let them know that I don't have the disk and if there is another way to get it fixed. After no call back I call again 3 times in the next two weeks and no response.

I went to pick up the pc and in the report for the work performed was just "clean out dust from in side pc. But needs OS reinstalled.

First I clean up my pc from inside before take it to shop, after a confrontation about the services they said, they performed, they wrote a report in front of me about what the technician supposedly did to the computer. With an extra charge of 30.00 dollars and dated for date the computer wasnt even there. After questioning the services not performed the owner became irrate, calling the police, just because I pickup my pc to put it in my car and get my credit card.

So, I just got ripped-off, he also made threats, and got humilliated.

They have three different names with the same address, they are; ISandC Inc., Merchant IS AND C, and Internet Services and Communications.

This computer got stuck when loading the OS. We then tried loading koppick (a Linux os that will run from the cd rom) My first step was to open the computer. We found that is was loaded with dust, dirt and roach droppings. We at this point spent almost an hour cleaning out thc computer case, power supply and CPU Fans. At this point we rebooted the computer got past where it got stuck but to come across the windows "Blue screen of death" we then ran it again with koppick and got into the os. We then called the customer to ask for her cd's. At this point we never heard back from her. She then came into my shop, saw one of the partial copies of her work order wanted her computer back and when I told her that there was a $45.00 charge she started yelling, and she started to take her computer out of my shop. At this point I called the Hernando County Sheriffs office. I made sure that my voice during the call was loud enough so she could hear what I was doing as she was walking out of my shop. She then paid me my 45.00 and left.

What would you do? This customer would not listen even though it was documented on her invoice (I use QuickBooks and my techs record there time and the comments as they do there job) No matter what I said she just stopped listing.
