On August 4, 2008, Iselfmove.com sent my company a work order for a local load/unload job. We accepted the job order and performed the service on August 5, 2008. However, we were never paid for services rendered. The company charged the customer for those services but never paid the service providers. Iselfmove policy is that service providers will receive payment by check within 2-5 days. This is on their website.

The contact person we communicated with through email and phone was a Felecia Chavez. She informed me that it takes about 15 days before my checked would be mailed out. The check never reached our company.

I phoned her regarding the matter again, she said that I should be paid before the 26th of Aug. Still no payment.

After the 26th I spoke with her again and she said that the payment schedule was sent over to accounting and she gave me a number. I called the accounting dept. several times, left messages but no one ever returned my call. Still my company have not received payment in the mail from Iselfmove.com for services rendered. I believe what consumers are saying about this company being a scam. As a moving service provider I feel that they are a scam company.
