Island Century Real Estate Claims to be selling expensive island property worth millions, doesnt pay $300 hotel bill Panama
Beware - Island Century Real Estate is a new company in a small neon-lit office in the center of Panama City, Central America that is selling questionable and expensive island property to tourists for cash only - $100K per "lot". The property (valued by the sales representative at $50 million) is not subdivided, has no infrastructure, has a small dirt airstrip and is currently uninhabitable. The company claims to have plans to add utility services in the future. But when I met with their sales representative she was being evicted by the hotel owner for $300 in unpaid hotel bills. I personally paid her bill to the hotel manager to keep her off the streets. I requested reimbursement from this company and was never repaid... $50 million?! I doubt it.

I come here again to make things clear for every person is reading this.
I did write this PREVIOUS LETTER with only one reason: to hurt some
one that doesnt do any other thing than love me and care for me but my
blindness didn't let me see what was right in front of me " A GOOD
WOMAN " . The woman I love in a very special way .
I cant belive I done this to her just cuz my jealously and my ego did
not let me see that I was wrong she was not seing somebody else ...
and then what I did ? Came here to you guys to hurt her with the only
thing i knew was important for her... "HER JOB" .
I dont know what was going through my mind when I wrote this.
I just want to let you know people that everything is a lie.
Her property is very beutiful.
Actually my entire country is amazing and the property worth the money ,
I can assure that who ever want to come down here will have a great
time in that island and the sales representative of that company will
show you all around my country because that what she does, WORK HARD!
and wake up early every morning to work very hard for her future.
All i can ask now is for your forgiveness and apologize for my behaviour.
