Complaint Review: Island City Spa

He took the deposit, made it much worse and then conned me into giving him the balance. He never came back to fix the rest of it. He avoided my phone calls and when calling him off another number he answered and then made excuses such as He ripped me off and did not do the work he was supposed to do and actually caused more damage.

This guy does not know what he is doing. He will rob you of your money and cause more damge to your spa then before he showed up. Not only that but he ignores your calls when you try and call him. He does not have a wesbite or email so no alternative! I had a spa with a simple fix and now I have to replace it. Never trust him with fixing anything! You cannot find one good review about him so this is obviously not a one time thing. Buyer beware this man and company are fraud!
