Island Dinette ripoff LIES ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES AND NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU Melville New York
I have had nothing but problems with Island Dinette:
December 27 placed order for table and 2 chairs- left $100.00 deposit with them. I was told delivery would be in 2-3 weeks.
In the fourth week, I called inquiring about and was told it would be another 2 weeks. I called 3 times to complain to a manager and was told someone would get back to me.
Finally I spoke to John Lopez, the manager who told me it "should" be in next week. I coincidentally read the other rip off report filed today and wished I had seen it before hand.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!

This individual customer's order was delayed longer than anticipated, but the customer was informed of all delayes. When I finally mentioned to her that the order would be completed the following week, it was. Now this customer who took the time to file a bad report about the company is now a very satisfied customer.
Being a retail employee, who learn to realize that there is no way to please everyone, even when you inform them of every circumstance.
