I ordered a pair of Lacoste oxford shoes from Island Furniture at the Broadway store and received a cheap pair of chinese loafers. I contacted the company several times about returning these cheap shoes and getting a refund but I have been totally ignored by the company. On my billing statement it turns out this company is not run from USA but from China.
Although I ordered through the USA website, I was billed by a company in China named Loafer Co. I have made several attempts to get my money back but the company totally has been ignoring all of my emails.
