bought service agreement to have our pool opened which was done, maintained - not at all - and closed which did not happen yet...
repeated calls get me frustrated - i am told my service date for pool maintenance is thurs, then fri, then mon and finally i was told that i do not have a weekly maintenance agreement...but after the rep spoke to supervisor frank t. i was told someone would be there this week...
my son called back and someone promised him a service person would be here on wed..061406 - no one ever showed up and we have to maintain our pool after paying for a pool service...
i was also told they undertook too many customers and can't handle all the people they have to service..not my problem...since april when my pool was opened we have had two service techs come both times in april and since then no one has come for weekly maintenance and it is mid-june....
trying to call the number 516 520 1860 the message says enter the extension or this call will be terminated..well i do not have an extension to enter so i press 0 and get to customer service who confirmed someone was coming 061406 but no one has shown up again....the reps do not know how to read a computer if they can't tell me what day of the week my service is for and they are very rude...they don't give their name so i have no names to refer back too but i do know that the supervisor frank t.. does not call back - i have left him 2 phone messages and he does not have the decency to call back or have someone else call me back..it is as if they got my money and now they don't care....
