Complaint Review: Brian Cox

We have been trying to collect on a $285 invoice for dumpster service at Mr. Cox's home for months now.  Our many emails, phone calls and voice messages have all gone unanswered.  This is why we are forced to put this issue into the public domain so that other suppliers are not burned by this individual.  On Principle , We have today begun the process for starting legal proceedings to collect the funds owed plus any and all reasonable legal fees.  It is my hope that Mr.  Cox will pay what he owes before we are forced to take the next steps.
