 Purchased a vacation package to Costa Rica on March 28 2016. Flights and taxes not included for $118. Received a phone call on March 28 2107 saying the package was not used (I had 18 months to use according to the original contract) and it was now out dated and I needed to repurchase a new package for another $118. Which I did but had 48 hours to change my mind. I called back on March 31 to cancel the new package and that I wanted a refund. I was not told what I had to do to get that refund. Into April I called customer service and they said I need to return the package which I did and it would take 30 days for the refund. Ridiculous. Its now May 12. I called customer service again and they said the package was not received. Now I am really getting upset so I faxed the pages that I made a copy of. They called back saying "oh yes they did get the package in the mail and my faxed copy". Omg . I will never do business with this company for as long as I live.
