Complaint Review: Islandgirl Modelingand Or Ernesto Bello Jr.

On September 4, 2004, a Miss Jessica Joseph (a.k.a. Gia) at 602-435-2655 and a Teri Fraser of 509 E.Chicago cir # 5 ,Chandler , Az 85225
entered in to a mutual verbal contract during dinner at our home. The mutual and verbal contract consisted of us (Island Girl Modeling, L.L.C) taking her pictures (since she supposedly didn't have any to put up on her website, and
creating a website so she could be accessed for work. In the interim, Ernesto took a couple of shots of her, just to get her going and on Monday September 6, 2004 she had 4 and 1/2 pages of requests for paid work and TFP.

When Ms. Joseph and Ms. Fraser came over to our house on that Monday, Ernesto asked Ms. Joseph to sign a contract stating that all pictures stay with Island Girl Modeling and/or Ernesto Bello, in return, we were promoting her, fielding
calls and had intent of escorting her to jobs in which she had to go out of town or in town. Ms. Joseph asked if she could field the requests for TFP (Trade for Pictures), she said she wanted to "build her Portfolio", RIGHT?

Ernesto then gave her the password to the site and explained how to go about emailing and answering-this was a big mistake. They were friends of ours and never in a million years did I ever think they would feel justified in screwing us over. What happened next was that Jessica got caught by Ernesto responding and forwarding emails to her lipgloss222 email account; asking them to correspond with here in her lipgloss account, not IslandGirl and when
questioned, she denied it.

Then Ernesto asked her if she wanted to take over
the site and she said "Sure!"

I Don't Think So!
What is really happening here and what we have found out from mutual friends is that this was not indeed their first rodeo and they got greedy. Greedy that they agreed to a fair split with us and they wanted the entire thing to themselves. Which is fine, just be honest about it, don't go behind someone's back and stab them. We have copies of emails and contracts which we forwarded to Jessica-nothing factual as stated below.

Upon learning of the situation, we delved deeper into their "history" and
learned that Jessica has been on pornographic websites, which is o.k.,
whatever way you need to make a living. Also, we have received calls regarding
"Gia" and they all say she has been "around", and lots of people have taken
their shots, not all good experiences, very flaky and undependable.

In conclusion, what we have here is a couple who feel justified in stealing jobs and then get upset that we didn't forward them their pictures-would you??? I would agree that definitely something has to be stopped, Gia/Jessica and Teri need to be stopped. Beware of entering into a contract with them, they will look for any and all loopholes in order to get what they want.

I further grant Islandgirl Modeling L.L.C, and, or Ernesto Bello the right to edit or combine these photographs with any other elements at their discretion. All photographs and movies are deemed property of Islandgirl Modeling L.L.C, and, or Ernesto Bello. Any use of pictures, and or movies require expressed written permission by Islandgirl Modeling L.L.C, and, or Ernesto Bello, prior to use. I warrant that I (the model or legal guardian thereof) am at least 18 years of age and have every right to grant the permissions outlined above. Further, I represent that I have read this document before signing and understand its provisions.

Islandgirl Modeling is a registered name with the AZ Corporate Commission.
