Complaint Review: Isle Roofing - Truman Albright

Another victim of Isle Roofing And Truman Albright. We will be the fifth victim to report on this site. Please don't use him, he's a crook. Truman came out and gave us a bid on our roof. We agreed on September 30 for him to start work, he didn't finish the two day job till 10-11-08. They also ruined the carpet in my game room tar leaked thru.... The roof leaked a week after he said he was through with it. We called him several times asking when he would get out to do the warrant work on the roof on the warranty he provided to us. He always had an excuse of how behind he was and how he will eventually get to it. The last time we called on October 23, 2008 he refused to come out and fix it unless we paid him $500.00 more.

He advertises that he's a member of the National Roofing and Contractors Association, spoke to the association; he is not a member at all. They are going to be contacting him to get their logo off his ad in the phone book. I have called the distric attorney's office regarding him.
