ISM Entertainment, Ian McQueen Did not honor contract for services Santa Cruz California
I contracted with ISM entertainment to place my product in 3 media spots, they did not provide any placements, agreed to refund the $7500,00 as contractually obligated to, then stopped communication with me. I filed for arbritration as allowed by contract, ISM failed to partcipate which provided me award by default. I then had to sue ISM in California smail claims which I also won. I'm on in the quagmire of the collection process which is as depressing as anything you will every experience.
This is a caution to anyone concidering dealing with Ian McQueen or ISM Entertainment. This is a less than honorable enterprise. Even more depressing is those who provide glowing reference for them like Cal Tindale, VP of Production Resources at Disney, Lynn Parker, Set director at NCIS and Dean Katz, Set Dressing for Pretty Little Liars. They should be admonished for having anything to do with ISM.

If you are reading this you might be concidering doing business with ISM Entertainment Marketing, ask yourself, if thier rebuttle is true, why not defend themselves in arbitration or in small claims? They did not arrange one, much less the contracted 3 product placements. I did not prepay $10,000 for placement then not provide product. One more issue to concider, if I'm correct (and I am) and ISM took the time to blatantly lie here-does this company or individual have the intergrity you wish to trust?

Railyard Fitness did contract with ISM but the reason placements were not completed is because they were unable to provide products in a timely manner when needed.
