Complaint Review: ISME

Ripped of by isme catalogue companey in liverpool  in end november  2011 wednesday 30th. i  open a isme account online it said in the introductory  letter 25.00 of first order over 50. i order well over 50. i got 150 credit to use on the account at 27th may 2011. isme claim there was no 25.00 of first order that was total lie by isme. the only reson i open the account was that there was 25.00 of the fist order. i was lied to by isme nothing but lies. i order the following itams orange phone 49.00 huawei g7010 phone 35 vodafone mbb 25 a watch 30 total 139.00

there was 11.00 should have been left out of the 150 credit .once they took the order for 139.00 there was no sutch 11 credit left. they had taken the 11 credit in december. in december i had made payment of 26.00 the payment they requered in that month december was only 8.68 only the 26 was payed all befor they due date in december .they then tryed to add 12 fee for late payment . at 27/05/2012 they had taken 19.98 in fees .i paid off all of the account in may leaving zero to pay and isme had 169.98.all i had was faulty goods. when i open we parcel fror the orange phone the phone sreen was all broken the second phone would not switch on it was dead. when contact isme they said they send package to return the itams but never did send nothing/ i was totaly ripped of by isme. the watch stoped working in january 2012. i was left with nothing working outrages. contacted isme many times running up my phone bill to 38.21. isme insist i look at there terms and condictions with i seen 50 times since. no where did it say to ripoff customers on there or scam them out there money
