Isp.com ripoff cheat fraud did not close account when asked Lynnwood, Seattle, Visalia, Exeter Washington

I held an account with ISP.COM for about eight months when DSL came to my city. I went to the web site to cancel the account and so went to their website to find info on how to cancel. Nothing came up on their site search engine. I wrote an email asking them to cancel my account. I called, but nobody was available. Ok, so after my second email I figured they had cancelled my account. That was over 2 months ago. I just checked my bank statement and they have still been charging my check card. I finally got a hold of someone by calling and they said that "their records" didn't show that I had emailed them and there was nothing they could do but to keep the money for the last couple of months for a service that I had cancelled and hadn't been using. So, KEEP MORE ACCURATE RECORDS! This was probably the worst customer service of any isp company I have ever used. It doesn't matter who, use someone else besides ISP.COM.
