Complaint Review: ispeedway.com

i paid 3,000 dollars for the platinum package. 210 dollars for auction blast. i dont know what the heck i paid for.

i supposedly had an expert set up my website. i used a program to check for html errors and there were over 100 errors. they dont even promote your website. it is all up to you.

i have tried and tried to contact customer support. i waited on the phone for at least a half an hour each time i called. finally i hung up. i have contacted via email 4 times. i have 4 email cases pending. one case is a month old and ispeedway has yet to reply.
