I am a single mom and I thought the company Internet Speedway offered me a good way to make some extra money on the side while I attend college. I activated the site with the license number they sent me in the mail. I soon realized that this site wasn't as easy to get started as they claimed. At times I had problems logging on although I wrote down the correct password, I needed help with adding products to my site and answering other questions such as shipping and handling. Although I Speedway claims they have reps to help you with any problems or give advice seven days a week, if you call on a saturday you will only have people trying to sell you stuff. In fact one of the reps told me they can only sell me stuff on the weekends. However one of the reps trying to sell me stuff. I called the company on a wednesday morning to get help with my site and find out how long I had on my trial since I activated it the friday before that. I sat on hold for about 15 minutes. I was told by a previous representative that trial starts when they ship it to you. Shouldn't it start when you activate it? Well I was told I had two more weeks while the rep tried to sell me more stuff. He told me I could get help from the support site. This totally contradicts whatthe package they send out tells you.In fact they claim their marketing consultants will help you with your site as well as advise you. I didn't find their reps helpful at all.I called back again because I had problems logging in after 6 attempts although I had logged in with the same password before. I called back and was put on hold again. I was not about to wait another 15 minutes. I called back and told the rep I want to cancel. He asked how long I had it in a very sarcastic tone and I replied," A little over a week". He said I needed the license number to canel. I told him I misplaced it and he laughed and said I baught it, it's mine. I asked if they can use my name and address he said no. I called him an ***hole and angrily hung up. These people are scam artist and I have no idea what to do now.
