my husband saw an ad for a west highland terrier which said that it was for sale but if somone wanted to give the puppy a home they could have it for free and the seller would sort out the delivery we did everything that was asked of us and paid out 1100.00 for insurances and vaccines etc on the promise of a total refund when the puppy arrived at our doorstep when we refused to pay yet another 900.00 and i told them that i would be seeking legal advice we have heard no more from them and they will not answer there mobile.wish the alarm bells had rung louder
